9. Aviation Safety Disclaimer and User Responsibility

Critical Notice: AeroLog is a record-keeping convenience tool only. The data displayed in AeroLog — including inspection status, due dates, hours remaining, and airworthiness directive compliance — is only as accurate as the information entered by users. Pays Nord Aviation, LLC makes no representation that AeroLog data reflects the actual airworthiness condition of any aircraft. No airworthiness determination should be based solely on AeroLog records. All maintenance decisions must be made by qualified aviation maintenance personnel in accordance with applicable FAA regulations and manufacturer documentation.

By using AeroLog, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

You are solely responsible for your aircraft. Regardless of what AeroLog displays, you — as the aircraft owner, operator, or responsible party — bear full and sole responsibility for ensuring your aircraft is airworthy, properly maintained, and operated in compliance with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), manufacturer airworthiness limitations, and any other governing rules or requirements. AeroLog does not assume, share, or reduce that responsibility in any way.

AeroLog does not verify the accuracy of your data. The Service displays what you enter. If hours, dates, part numbers, compliance status, or any other data are entered incorrectly or not entered at all, AeroLog will reflect those errors. It is your responsibility to ensure the data in AeroLog is complete, current, and accurate.

AeroLog is not a substitute for a certified maintenance professional. Nothing in AeroLog constitutes maintenance advice, an airworthiness approval, or a release to service. Inspection sign-offs, return-to-service authorizations, and airworthiness determinations must be made by appropriately certificated aviation maintenance technicians, inspectors, or other authorized personnel as required by applicable regulations.

You assume all risk associated with reliance on this Service. Pays Nord Aviation, LLC shall not be liable for any accident, incident, injury, death, property damage, regulatory violation, enforcement action, or any other outcome arising from your use of or reliance on AeroLog data, regardless of whether such data was accurate, inaccurate, complete, or incomplete.
