Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your AeroLog subscription at any time through the billing portal
accessible from your Account page. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the following billing period.
- Your aircraft data is preserved in read-only form after the period ends.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Accidental duplicate charge: If you are
charged twice for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate
charge in full.
- Wrong plan purchased: If you subscribed
to an incorrect plan type and contact us within 48 hours of the charge before
adding any aircraft, we will refund the charge and assist you in subscribing
to the correct plan.
- Service outage: If AeroLog experiences
a verified outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours in a billing period, we will
issue a prorated credit or refund for that period upon request.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Cancellation after the billing period has already renewed.
- Unused subscription time within an active billing period (except as noted above).
- Subscriptions where the aircraft slot has been used to add an aircraft.
How to Request a Refund
Email our contact form with your account username, the charge
date, and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10
business days via Stripe.
